It is a strong wireless antenna (802.11
protocol) used to get Internet from a distant point.
This yagi antenna is particularly interesting for 2 major
reasons:
1- It is especially tuned to get the
strongest signal possible, every aspect of this product have
been tuned very precisely
2-There a built-in 802.11g
wireless card so you don't need any other Wifi device to make
it works. It is a all-in-one
product.

Important Information about USB Cable
Length: USB protocol don't
allow cable longer than 16ft. But if you need a longer cable you can
buy USB Repeater and put them in a row (Every USB Repeater allow you
16ft Extension and you can add up to 3 Repeater in a row for a
total of 48ft extension cable). There repeaters of 100ft long but
.
DON'T FORGET MR. JOSE CAVERO THAT THE ENGINEERING
STAFF AT http://www.sitesamples.net/
REQUESTED THAT YOU PUT THE YAGI ANTENNA CLOSEST TO YOU
COMPUTER.......
|
Why USB Cable is so interesting compared to
Coax Cable? |
| -USB Cable transfer a
numeric signal already analysed by the Wifi Device, so you
don't even lose 0.00000001dBi no matter the distance. |
-Coax Cable transfer
analogic signal from the antenna to a computer and you lose
signal quality at every ft because of
noise. |
We
have many questions about how this product works, Here is the
explanation: BUILT-IN USB 802.11b/g Adaptor INSIDE the Yagi so the
whole Antenna is detected as a USB WiFi Device under Windows or
other operating system (Software Included). You DON'T need PCI or
PCMCIA WiFi Card, this is a COMPLETE SOLUTION. You plug the Yagi in
your Computer and you install the driver. It is as easy as this. You
don't need to buy expensive Type N or PigTail Cable + Wifi Card to
make it work.
HOWEVER,
WE NEED TO HAVE THE YAGI CLOSEST TO THE
COMPUTER....
OPERATING SYSTEM: All Windows Operating System INCLUDING
VISTA, Macintosh and Linux ***************************************************
NOTE: shown here is a signal strength
of the Yagi Antenna compared to other Wireless devices. Please take
note that each 3 Dbm means twice the distance (Example: the Yagi
antenna is 12 Dbm more than Biquad antenna so it is 2X2X2X2 = 16
Times the distance of a biquad) .

As you can see in the Nets tumbler screenshot, our
Yagi is more powerful than our antenna (Which is already stronger
than the original pringle style antenna sold anywhere else).

If you are not convinced yet, just take a look at the
53 000 ft. shot I have made
with 2 of those Yagi's. (And there still signal available for a
longer distance). *This is a 11mbps connection*
