Notes:
1) Total lead required for urban areas, and
historical gas releases where lead may have been present.
2) (NH Facility): Virgin Fuel Releases less than 50 tons do not
require sampling as long as the generator certifies that there are
no other contaminants present.
3) (NY Facility): Certified residential sites under 150 tons require
in-house TPH testing only.
4) (NY Facility): NYSDEC directed virgin spill cleanups require
in-house TPH when
certified virgin and characterization is waived by a NYSDEC Spill
Representative.
5) Required if coal tar is present.
6) Dredged soil must be sampled prior to mixing or drying. Chain of
Custody must reflect this and be included with all lab results.
7) Any soils containing a listed hazardous waste, may be accepted,
at the discretion of the facility when accompanied with a State
Certified “contained-out” determination.
8) At the discretion of the facility, additional lab may be required
for project acceptance.
9)
One sample required for each 500 tons.

Scheduling soil to the facility:
Once the waste has been properly profiled and laboratory
data has been reviewed and approved by the Precision Petroleum Labs
compliance department, the job can be scheduled through the sales
department. We encourage customers to communicate their needs as far
out as possible and keep us informed of any changes. We want your
project to run as smoothly as you do, the more involved we get in
the work schedule the better we can serve your needs.
